GARDiS V3 now features a new streamlined licensing process which is designed to automatically appear within the TDSi Product Registration Site, allowing for quicker, more secure license activation. As part of the new licensing process, each installer who already has access to the Product Registration Site has been issued with a new GARDiS installer code which is already available when you login to the website.
Additionally, when beginning the upgrade of any existing GARDiS installation to GARDiS 3.0, it is a requirement to obtain a GARDiS 3.0 Activation License to complete the Software upgrade. This new Activation License is based on your existing GARiS Software installation and requires some background information about the existing system to be upgraded.
Simply provide your existing system and installation information using the steps below and your GARDiS V3 Activation License will be provided. This process is a requirement for Upgrades of existing GARDiS Software to Version 3.0 only – new GARDiS installations do not need to follow this process.
Click here to Login the the TDSi Project Registration Site using your existing login details. Your new installer code is clearly displayed on the Installer Dashboard Page.
Download the GARDiS V3 Upgrade Pack (GARDiS_V3_License_Upgrade) and complete the GARDiS V3 License Upgrade form which is in the pack.
Provide proof of your existing system, this can be provided using one of the two methods detailed below.
Option 1 – Fastest Method
Use our assessment tool which is provided as part of the download pack, once run this assessment tool will create an encrypted file which can be used by our team to issue your new GARDiS 3.0 License Key. Full instructions on how to use this assessment tool are contained within the Download Pack.
Once the assessment tool has been saved, complete the email form within the download pack, attach the encrypted file generated by the assessment tool and send to support@tdsi.co.uk
Option 2 – Alternative Method
Complete the email form within the download pack, attach a Screenshot of your existing GARDiS License Page within the GARDiS System to this email and send to support@tdsi.co.uk.
Please Note: Although we try to respond to all requests as soon as possible, submitting your request using this alternative method may take significantly longer to due to additional License setup and processing requirements.
Once the completed form and json file or screenshot have been sent to us, we aim to return your new GARDiS 3.0 serial code within 1 business working day.
This process is only required when upgrading from an older version of GARDiS Pro Software (2.6 and older) and is necessary for each site being updated to GARDiS 3.0. It is not required for new installations of GARDiS Pro Software where Version 3.0 is the first version of GARDiS Software used.
