A New Year and New Chapter for TDSi

Happy New Year, and welcome to 2026!

As we begin the year, we are excited to share that TDSi is now TDSi by Hirsch. This change came into effect alongside wider updates across our parent organisation, where Vitaprotech has become Hirsch Group. The Hirsch name represents a globally recognised and trusted brand in high-security solutions, and by aligning more closely with it we are strengthening the legacy TDSi has built over more than 40 years.

What is important to say straight away is that nothing fundamental is changing about how we work with you. The same people are here. The same values guide us. And the same focus on reliable, flexible access control remains at the heart of everything we do. TDSi’s integrated access control solutions have been at the centre of thousands of installations in education, healthcare, government, and commercial environments in the UK and around the world, and that trusted expertise remains our foundation.

So what is changing? Mostly, it is what you will see around the edges. Over the coming months, you’ll notice the TDSi logo now mentions TDSi by Hirsch, this will roll out over the coming weeks across the website and other documents and social media. TDSi emails will continue to work as usual but you may notice that some emails from us come from an @hirschsecure.co.uk address – both @tdsi.co.uk and @hirschsecure.co.uk will work alongside one another. Gradually, Hirsch branding will become more visible as we align more closely with the Hirsch Group identity. These are small but meaningful signs of a closer connection, not a shift in direction.

One of the most positive outcomes of this closer alignment is what it allows us to offer. While we remain known for our trusted access control solutions, we are now in a position to offer a wider selection of perimeter and video products alongside our existing portfolio. This means we can provide a more complete, edge-to-core product offering, delivering a complete suite of access, perimeter, and site security solutions that are scalable, interoperable, and future-ready for your environments.

This evolution strengthens our ability to support customers now and in the future while preserving the independence, expertise, and relationships that have always defined TDSi. All existing products, services, support channels, and points of contact remain the same, ensuring continuity throughout this transition.

In short, it is business as usual, just with a clearer connection to the global group we are proud to be part of.
