Hikvision HikCentral Professional Integration

TDSi’s GARDiS Software integrates with Hikvision’s HikCentral Professional via Hikvision Optimus. The Integration allows users to synchronize events, alarms and data between systems, both seamlessly and in real-time. The operator can open doors, see door statuses and get alerts from within the user interface of HikCentral Professional (the Control Client).
Additionally, specific events can be set up to trigger actions. For example, a forced-open door could be used to trigger a PTZ camera to zoom in and record whilst simultaneously sending an alert to operators and automatically displaying imaging on a central monitor to ensure proper attention. Alarms appear in the Control Client’s alarm list, and the operator can quickly check the status on an eMap as well as triggering certain actions with just a few clicks.
Once installed, users can configure which events and devices are relevant for the installation, and the operator can build a unique event flow logic into the integration. The integration ensures device data and events are always synchronised on both sides.

The Hikvision Hikcentral Integration requires GARDiS Pro Software version 2.5 or above to function. This Software Integration will not work with older versions of GARDiS Software, for more information about updating your GARDiS Software, please visit our GARDiS Help Website or contact our Technical Support Team. This Intergration is compatible with HikCentral Professional V2.3 and above and requires the HikvisionOptimus Integration Protocol to communicate between GARDiS and HikCentral.
