For the purposes of our EXgarde to GARDiS Database Migration Service, the database is transferred to us using a secure FTP Website, or other secure means of your choosing. This database and all information contained within is processed by us for the sole purposes of providing the aforementioned analysis and conversion service.
Once submitted to TDSi, the project is then allocated to one of our Technical Support Engineers who will transfer the database to a dedicated database conversion computer for the duration of each stage of the migration process, this includes database analysis, database conversion approval signoff and final database conversion processes.
Submitted databases are deleted from both our system and our secure FTP Site upon successful completion of each stage of the migration process. This occurs no longer than 48 hours after final Client sign off.
